EARTH

Earth classes ground you through stabilizing movement inspired by Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Nidra traditions. Slow-paced standing and balancing postures build strength and alignment, while longer-held floor poses unwind fascia and enhance flexibility. Each class ends with deep rest to rejuvenate body, mind, and soul.

Earth Bound Yoga

This class blends Hatha Flow and Yin for a well-rounded practice. The first half focuses on breath and alignment through slow, flowing standing postures. The second half shifts into yin poses held for 3–5 minutes to target fascia and connective tissue, supporting greater flexibility and range of motion.

Evening Chill

This class is designed to help you transition from daytime to nighttime. Decompress and prepare for a good night of rest in this class. Our teachers will guide you through a mellow flow, and then conclude class with a guided body scan to relax the body and mind through gradual release of tension.

Candlelit Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga focuses on nervous system support and deep rest. In this receptive practice, you build a cozy “nest” with props and recline throughout, allowing the body to release into subtle postures. Classes include 3–4 poses held for 5–20 minutes, inviting a deep union of breath and passive asana. Come as you are—no experience needed, just a willingness to be still and present.

Water classes invite you to channel your energy into joyful, fluid movement with intentional alignment. Breath and repetition build gradual intensity, focusing the mind and body. As you flow, embrace the strength and grace within—your movement becomes like water on the mat: continuous, cleansing, and empowering.

Moving Meditation: Lunar Flow 🌙

A breath – led vinyasa practice that invites you to slow down, move with care, and drop into deeper awareness. This class is all about alignment, presence, and nourishing your nervous system. You’ll move through steady, intentional transitions that help you feel grounded and supported – like water settling into stillness.

Solar Flow is about celebrating your body’s power and grace, one intentional movement at a time. Come ready to move, sweat, and surprise yourself.

Strong and Fluid

This class seeks to balance muscular integrity, healthy mobility and mental/emotional stability. Not too tight, not too loose. Class may include movements from many vocabularies: yoga, strength training, Feldenkreis, Pilates, functional movement; all taught in an accessible way that invites personal exploration. All bodies and ages are welcome.

Pre-Natal Yoga

Cultivate a sense of ease, strength and grace with which to meet the challenges of pregnancy, labor, and new motherhood. Feel a sense of community with other women going through the same transition and prepare your body and mind for this new life stage.

Appropriate for all levels and stages of pregnancy; partners, postpartum mothers, and pre-crawling babies are also welcome.

Fire classes are designed to ignite transformation by pushing physical and mental limits. Through precise, repetitive movement and conscious breathwork, you’ll build heat, activate muscles, and move toward inner stillness. These spirited classes challenge strength while connecting inner energy with outward expression.

Physio Toning Lab

Physio Toning Lab is a mix of toning and conditioning as well as fiery vinyasa flow. The repetitive and precise muscle manipulation is meant to build heat in the body while breath work guides the mind toward stillness.
