Earth Bound yoga embraces a balance of Hatha Flow and Yin practice. The first part of the class is spent moving through various asanas, such as sun salutations, standing poses and balance challenges,while focusing on breath and alignment. The second part of the class is all about Yin yoga. Poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes, and sometimes even up to 8 minutes. Yin Yoga deeply stretches connective tissues and fascia, lubricates joints, and increases flexibility through long, deep holds. Relax and unwind with grounded movements that rejuvenate and recondition the body, mind and soul.
