What you’ll explore:
– Foundations of pranayama (classical yogic breathing) – including techniques like Bhastrika and Nadi Shodhana
– The why behind each practice – how breath impacts your mind, body, and energy
– How to create simple, daily breath rituals for grounding and clarity
What to expect:
– Gentle movement to prepare your body and breath
– Guided pranayama to quiet the mind and release tension
– Closing savasana + meditation for deep rest and integration
Open to all levels – no prior experience needed Practical tools you can take home to feel calmer, lighter, and more centered Please bring a mat, water, and any comfort items (eye mask, blanket, etc.)
