Richard Spry

Richard has been teaching yoga as asana since 2016 and increasingly has found the movement of vinyasa to be a gateway to meditation. His meditation practice, meanwhile, has deepened through studying with the renowned teachers Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine, and he is advanced in their Radiance Sutras® Meditation Teacher Training. Richard specializes in one on one private classes but can be booked for groups of two to three students.

Michelle Trump

Michele is a 500hr certified registered yoga teacher, massage therapist and holistic wellness mentor. Join her for a deep, heartfelt, nourishing and revitalizing practice grounded in awareness, alignment and the interconnection of mind, body, heart, soul, nature and all of life.

Emily Rose

Emily is a movement practitioner that teaches both yoga and partner acrobatics. As a teacher, Emily draws on her experience as a dancer to bring creative expression and self awareness into the practice via body knowledge. Furthermore, she enjoys teaching refinement of anatomical alignment to help practitioners find fully embodied shapes and postures with confidence and clarity. Her current favorite shapes to explore are handstands and forearm stands! Emily is also currently expanding her repertoire in body-based work as a massage therapist.
