Practice as a ritual.
Every day is different, and so is what you need.
Our classes move between Earth, Water and Fire, so you can choose your practice for today.

EARTH
Some days call for grounding and rest.
Earth classes offer grounding practices that build steadiness, awareness and connection. Blending Hatha, Yin, Restorative yoga and myofascial release, they focus on alignment, stillness and deep release. You’ll explore your relationship with gravity through postures held with care, whether standing tall or settling close to the ground. A space to slow down, unwind and return to yourself.
Best when you feel tired, tight or scattered. A great place to start if you’re new to yoga or haven’t practiced in a while.

Earth Bound Yoga
(Hatha Yoga & Yin Yoga)
A grounding blend of Hatha and Yin yoga to support alignment, presence, and nervous system balance. Hatha invites you to move with care – exploring standing and floor based postures that build strength and body awareness through slower, intentional pacing. Yin meets you where you are, with longer held poses that release deep tension and support flexibility. This class offers space to settle, reset, and reconnect – body, mind, and soul.

Hatha Yoga
A traditional practice that builds strength, focus, and alignment through purposeful movement and breath. In Hatha Yoga, postures are held with care, allowing time to explore physical form and deepen body awareness. This slower, steady pace creates space to connect with your breath, calm the mind, and regulate the nervous system. Teachers may weave in elements of yoga philosophy or subtle breathwork, offering insights that extend beyond the mat. A balanced practice for anyone seeking clarity, steadiness, and depth.

Evening Chill
(Gentle Yoga + Restorative Yoga)
Unwind with a calming blend of gentle vinyasa, restorative poses, breathwork, and a guided body scan or meditation to ease into your evening. This class helps you decompress, reset your nervous system, and shift from the day’s demands into a state of relaxation and ease. Your teacher will guide a slow, intentional flow with grounding postures and conscious breath, ending with a meditative close to support both body and mind.

Candlelit Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on nervous system support and deep rest. In this receptive practice, you build a cozy “nest” with props and recline throughout, allowing the body to release into subtle postures. Classes include 3-4 poses held for 5-20 minutes, inviting a deep union of breath and passive asana. Come as you are, no experience needed, just a willingness to be still and present.

WATER
Some days call for movement.
Inspired by the flow of water, these classes link movement with breath. Some move slowly, with steady, mindful transitions that settle the mind. Others are more dynamic, building strength and warmth through the body. Either way, repetition through breath and movement becomes an anchor, so you leave feeling more fluid, clear and connected.
Best when you feel stuck, need a lift, or want to spark your creativity.

Moving Meditation: Lunar Flow 🌙
A breath – led vinyasa practice that invites you to slow down, move with care, and drop into deeper awareness. This class is all about alignment, presence, and nourishing your nervous system. You’ll move through steady, intentional transitions that help you feel grounded and supported – like water settling into stillness.

Moving Meditation: Solar Flow ☀️
A powerful and energizing vinyasa practice to awaken your inner fire. Through rhythmic breath and flowing sequences, we’ll build heat, strength, and momentum – while staying connected to ease. Solar Flow is about celebrating your body’s power and grace, one intentional movement at a time. Come ready to move, sweat, and surprise yourself.

Strong and Fluid
This class seeks to balance muscular integrity, healthy mobility and mental/emotional stability. Not too tight, not too loose. Class may include movements from many vocabularies: yoga, strength training, Feldenkrais, Pilates, functional movement; all taught in an accessible way that invites personal exploration. All bodies and ages are welcome.

Myofascial Release
Release held tension with self-massage, using props like RAD balls, blocks and blankets. A deeply effective practice on its own, and a powerful complement to yoga, strength training, running, hiking, or simply carrying the tension of everyday life.
You may notice:
• more space in the body
• less tension and holding
• improved mobility
• a calmer, more settled nervous system

FIRE
Fire classes are designed to awaken energy, build strength and challenge both body and mind. Through precise, repetitive movement and conscious breath, you’ll generate heat, activate muscles and sharpen focus. Outer effort, inner stillness: you leave stronger, clearer and more resilient.
Best when you need a burn, want to strengthen from within, or need a spark of inspiration.

Physio Toning Lab
A dynamic fusion of strength training, conditioning, and fiery vinyasa flow. Through repetitive, precise movements and muscle activation techniques, we build heat, tone the body, and sharpen focus. Guided breathwork supports mental clarity and inner stillness. Light weights (2-5 lbs) suggested.
