The Earth Bound Yoga class embraces the balance between Hatha Flow and Yin practice. The first part of the class is focused on breath and alignment in standing postures that connect together in a slow flow. And the second part of the class is centered on yin postures that are held for three to five minutes. These long holds are meant to influence connective tissue and fascia and may thereby increase flexibility and range of motion.
Join us from the comfort of your own home or workspace via our livestream classes. Sign up at least thirty minutes before the session, and a Zoom link will be emailed to you. If the live class does not match your schedule, the classes are recorded so that you may practice them at a later time too. Send a request for a recorded class to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be available for up to two days post-session. At the beginning of each class, we will share a suggested playlist in the chat box to make your experience at home enjoyable.
