This forty-five to sixty minute class is designed to help you transition from daytime to nighttime. Decompress and prepare for a good night of rest in this class.
Our teachers will guide you through a mellow flow, and then conclude class with a guided body scan to relax body and mind through gradual release of tension. Class sessions will be available via restream so that you may rebalance at any time of day too.
Join us from the comfort of your own home or workspace via our livestream classes. Sign up at least thirty minutes before the session, and a Zoom link will be emailed to you. If the live class does not match your schedule, the classes are recorded so that you may practice them at a later time too. Send a request for a recorded class to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be available for up to two days post-session. At the beginning of each class, we will share a suggested playlist in the chat box to make your experience at home enjoyable.
Join us for practice in-studio. Sign up at least 1h before the class and arrive at the studio 5 min before the start. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and good moods. Wear a mask.
