Inversion Workshop w/ Jaime
Curious about going upside down but not sure where to start?
This workshop is for anyone ready to explore the foundations of handstand, headstand, and forearm balance in a safe, supported, and empowering way.
We’ll break things down step by step … from smart warm-ups and shoulder prep to wall drills and controlled entries and exits. You’ll learn how to build strength, stability, and confidence while finding your own version of balance.
What to Expect
- Prep with purpose: wrists, shoulders, and core activation to create a strong base
- Step by step progressions: learn safe entries, exits, and wall supported drills
- Find your balance: stacking techniques, breathwork, and awareness tools
- Make it personal: choose your level – from simple inversions to handstand drills
All levels welcome. Whether you’re kicking up for the first time or refining your shape, this is a space to explore, learn, and play with gravity – one mindful step at a time.
General admission: $35
Complimentary for studio members (those who are on auto pay or 2-12 month pre paid plans)
