Classes are appropriate for all levels and stages of pregnancy. Partners, postpartum mothers, and pre-crawling babies are also welcome.
About Your Teacher:
Jaime Waliczek, MS, RDN, CD is a registered dietitian/nutritionist, yoga instructor, acrobat, choreographer, and dancer. She has been teaching yoga since 2003 and is trained in both Ana Forrest and Anusara yoga. With a background in competitive gymnastics and professional dance, yoga taught Jaime to care for her body rather than push it to its limits. Her passion is to guide others toward becoming healthier, brighter, and happier beings through mindful movement and healthy living. Classes are playful and encouraging, inviting students to discover their strength and inner wisdom. Jaime is especially passionate about supporting women through the transition from pregnancy to motherhood
