Recharge Space is a 90 minute guided journey blending movement, mindfulness, creativity, and ancient wisdom to help overwhelmed minds return to balance.

Designed especially for people who think deeply, feel intensely, or struggle to “just relax”, this workshop offers practical tools to navigate anxiety, burnout, emotional overload, and communication challenges without forcing calm or suppressing feelings.

Rooted in Yoga, Neuro-informed Coaching, and Energy Awareness practices, the experience gently guides participants from chaos to clarity.

What to Expect?

• Gentle Yoga & Movement Therapy
Slow, inclusive movements designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect attention with the body’s rhythm.
• Breathwork (Pranayama)
Simple breath techniques that act as a bridge between racing thoughts and grounded awareness
•Scriptural Exploration
Ancient Psychology for modern Life. Short guided reflections inspired by texts like the Bhagavad Gita and Vedic philosophy approached as practical emotional frameworks.
We translate centuries-old insights into everyday skills like:
responding vs reacting
working with restlessness
understanding the mind’s loops
relating to difficult emotions
• Art & Creative Expression
Scribbling, color play, and tactile exercises that quiet the analytical brain and allow emotions to move without needing words. (No artistic skill required -actually preferred if you think you “can’t draw”.)
• Guided Reflection & Conversation
Structured prompts that help convert awareness into daily emotional intelligence communication, self-trust, and decision clarity.
•Tea & Journalling
A sensory grounding practice using taste, warmth, and stillness to integrate the experience and leave feeling settled rather than stimulated.
