As the Wheel of the Year turns, we enter the potent and mystical season of Samhain – a cross quarter holy day that falls halfway between the Autumn Equinox and the Winter Solstice. This sacred time, often known as the Witches’ New Year, invites us to honor endings, transformation, and the deep wisdom held in the cycle of death and rebirth.
Samhain is marked by the Pleiades at Midheaven, a waning Sun, and the rising energy of the Full Moon in Taurus – an auspicious portal when the veil between worlds is thinnest. On Hallowe’en Eve, our ancestors come close, offering insights, messages, and remembrance. This is a time for releasing what no longer serves, burning away the old, and stepping into the shadow season with courage and reverence.
As the third harvest and first of the eight seasonal Sabbats, Samhain helps us reconnect with the rhythms of nature … and ourselves. Through sound healing, ritual, and nervous system regulation, we’ll learn to harmonize with this dark half of the year and awaken the wisdom hidden within.
Join us for a deeply immersive 1 hour sound bath experience guided by Janelle Leonard, featuring:

This soundscape is crafted to bring you into theta brainwave states, gently guiding your body into deep rest and nervous system reset, supported by the lens of polyvagal theory.
What to Bring
Please bring anything that helps you feel fully supported and relaxed on the floor for one hour – yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, pillows, eye covering, cozy layers, and a water bottle. You’re also welcome to bring offerings or items of remembrance for our ancestor altar. Warm herbal tea from Moon Goddess Apothecary will be served to close the gathering.
