You’re Invited to The Recharge Space – Wellness Nights for Neurodivergent Adults at Datza Studios every first Thursday of the month (October, November & December).
We’re proud to announce a new collaboration between Datza Studios, Evolve Vocational, and neurodivergent wellness practitioners: The Recharge Space, a monthly evening offering created by and for neurodivergent adults.
In the midst of work, sensory overload, and the pressures of daily life, neurodivergent individuals deserve more than “accommodation” – they deserve care, regulation, and community. This 90 minute session offers a gentle, nourishing space to reset, reflect, and recharge.
Each session will explore a central theme – Communication, Sensory Sensitivities, or Work-Life Balance – through two co-led segments:
HEALING & REGULATION
Grounding, low-stimulus practices including:
– Restorative/Yin Yoga
– Reiki or Breathwork
– Creative expression, somatic movement, and guided relaxation
REAL LIFE COACHING
A supportive space for practical learning on:
– Setting boundaries & self-advocacy
– Managing burnout & navigating work
– Sensory strategies for everyday life
We meet every Thursday at 7:15 PM.
Come to all, or just choose the month that works best for you – October 2, November 6, December 4.
