Ready to build strength, focus, and lift? This workshop is for anyone ready to explore the foundations of arm balances – from crow and side crow to playful variations – in a safe, supported, and empowering way.

We’ll break things down step by step … from mindful warm ups and hip openers to core and shoulder activation, alignment drills, and progressions that meet you where you are. You’ll learn how to engage your whole body, find balance from the inside out, and create stability through breath, awareness, and smart technique.

What to Expect
– Prep with purpose: wrists, shoulders, hips, and core activation to build strength and mobility
– Step by step progressions: learn safe entries, exits, and stability building drills
– Find your lift: alignment, stacking, and breathwork to create balance and lightness
