As winter softens and the first signs of spring emerge, we enter Ritusandhi – the Ayurvedic threshold between seasons when energy can feel especially unsettled. It’s a tender time of being in the in-between, where the ground is shifting and our systems crave steadiness.

Join us for a gentle and Restorative Yoga practice to soothe our energy, honor the nourishment of winter’s fallow period, and prepare for the season of growth ahead. We’ll explore ways of staying grounded in our bodies and minds while acknowledging what is beginning to arise.

Through long-held, supported postures and optional healing touch, you’ll be invited to slow down, settle, and reconnect with what helps you feel anchored during times of transition.

People of all backgrounds, levels, sizes, and ages are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary; simply come as you are with the willingness to be still and present with yourself. Students can opt in or out of hands-on at any time during the practice.

Participants should dress in cozy layers, and are requested to bring an eye cover, socks, and your favorite blanket.

Pre-registration is required, and space is limited to 10 participants (these gatherings usually fill well in advance).

General admission: $75
Members pricing: 10% off
