This 3 week series is the perfect introduction to a lifelong yoga journey or a wonderful way to deepen an existing practice. It’s never too late to revisit the fundamentals and refine your foundation.

We’ll start by exploring the basics of what yoga truly is, gradually building on that foundation each week. Expect to sample a variety of poses – backbends, twists, forward bends, balances, and restorative postures – while learning how to modify them to suit your unique body.

In this series, you’ll gain strength and flexibility, alleviate aches and pains, and explore simple breathing techniques and meditation. We’ll also cover essential yoga and anatomy terms, so you feel more confident in any class setting.

Plus, connect with fellow students in a welcoming, non competitive environment.

What to bring: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, dressed comfortably. Bring a water bottle and your yoga mat (mats are available to borrow if needed). We’ll provide a variety of yoga props to enhance your practice.
