This fall, we invite you to move, breathe, and connect as a community in Eastlake, Seattle. Studies show that regular movement not only builds strength and flexibility but also reduces stress, eases anxiety, and improves sleep. How it works
- Commit to 12 classes between Oct 7–31 (~3–4 per week).
- Any format counts:

✅ Datza Studios Yoga video library ✅ Workshops & special events
- Track your progress on our Challenge Board at the studio or with your personal tracking card if you practice via livestream (pick up in person or receive by email).

Complete 12 classes → you’re entered into the grand prize drawing
Every 2 classes beyond 12 → earn 1 extra entry (14 = 2 entries, 16 = 3 entries, etc.).
