You’re Invited to The Recharge Space – a judgment free space for movement, mindful breath, interactive play, and connection every first Thursday of the month (October, November & December).
In the midst of work, sensory overload, and the pressures of daily life, we all deserve more than accommodation – we deserve care, regulation, and community. This 90 minute session offers a gentle, nourishing space to reset, reflect, and recharge.
Each session will explore a central theme – Communication, Sensory Sensitivities, or Work Life Balance – through two co led segments:
HEALING & REGULATION
Grounding, low-stimulus practices including:
– Restorative/Yin Yoga
– Reiki or Breathwork
– Creative expression, somatic movement, and guided relaxation
REAL LIFE COACHING
A supportive space for practical learning on:
– Setting boundaries & self-advocacy
– Managing burnout & navigating work
– Sensory strategies for everyday life
