As summer wanes and the first signs of fall have emerged, we near the Fall Equinox. In Ayurveda, we are in Ritusandhi – the threshold between seasons when energy can feel unsettled. It’s a time of being in the in-between, where the rhythm is shifting and our systems crave steadiness.

Join us for a gentle and Restorative Yoga practice to soothe our nervous systems, honor the fading heat of summer, and prepare for the season of letting go ahead. We’ll explore ways of staying grounded in our bodies and minds while acknowledging what is shifting in Nature and within ourselves.

Through long-held, supported postures and optional healing touch, you’ll be invited to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with what helps you feel anchored during times of transition.

People of all backgrounds, levels, sizes, and ages are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary; simply come as you are with the willingness to be still and present with yourself. Students can opt in or out of hands-on at any time during the practice.

Please dress in cozy layers, bring an eye cover, socks, and your favorite blanket.

Pre-registration required; space is limited to 10.
