As the Wheel of the Year turns, we enter the season of Samhain, a ritual-celebration observed between the Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice that marks the transition into the darker half of the year. A cross-quarter festival, often referred to as the Witches’ New Year within modern Paganism, Samhain invites us to connect with our ancestors, beloved dead, and honor those who have come before us.
Celebrated in tandem with Halloween, Samhain is the time of year when the veil between worlds feels thinner, and we prepare offerings for our hearth and table to receive the messages of love that our ancestors bring forward for us through the cycles of the natural world.
Join us for a 75 minute immersive sound bath in Seattle as Janelle creates a potent landscape of sound, vibration, resonance, and frequency using a thoughtfully curated collection of quartz crystal singing bowls, her Paiste Chiron gong and mallets of her full sound bath orchestra along with enriched vocal toning.
Rooted in principles of polyvagal theory, this experience invites moments of presence, depth, and nervous system regulation. Through harmony and subtle dissonance, participants may naturally experience slower theta brainwave states, often associated with deep meditative states and lucid dreaming.
Whether Samhain is already part of your spiritual practice or you’re simply curious about the changing seasons, this gathering offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself as we move into the quieter months of the year.
Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable lying on the floor: yoga mat (studio mat rental available for $3), blanket, pillow, cozy clothing layers, eye covering, and water bottle. Bolsters and blankets will be available, and warm tea will be served after the event.

Guests are bathed in powerful vibrations and binaural beats that help entrain their brain waves into Theta. In this deeply relaxed state dynamic healing can take place, which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, cellular regeneration, stress release, as well as, emotional, mental and physical healing.
Janelle Leonard is a Sound Healer, trained Opera Singer & Violist, Völva, Norse Shamanism Seiðr Practitioner, Rose Priestess, Norse Pagan, Tibetan Buddhist, Reiki Master, Quantum Healer, SOMA Neuromuscular Integration®, and CranioSacral Practitioner. Janelle generates frequency using energy for the purpose of transformation. She is dedicated to this work because she believes we all have the right to return to our Authentic Self.
