This fall, we invite you to move, breathe, and connect with our Eastlake community. Regular movement can help build strength and flexibility, reduce stress, support better sleep, and create more mental clarity.
October’s theme is Practice as Ritual – returning to the practice again and again, even when life gets busy. Add the support of the community and a seasonal challenge, and you’ve got a little extra motivation to keep showing up.
There’s a reason people have returned to yoga for centuries. Through practice, we build more than strength and flexibility. We develop awareness, attention, resilience, and a better understanding of how we move through life.
HOW IT WORKS?
Commit to 12 classes between October 5-31 (~3-4 per week).
Any format counts:
✅ In-studio or livestream classes
✅ Datza Studios Yoga video library
✅ Workshops + special events count as 2 classes toward your challenge
Track your progress on our Challenge Board at the studio or with your personal tracking card if you practice via livestream.
THE REWARD SYSTEM
Complete 12 classes → you’re entered into the grand prize drawing.
Every 2 classes beyond 12 → earn 1 extra entry (14 = 2 entries, 16 = 3 entries, etc.).
Hit 21 classes → automatically receive an exclusive Datza Studios gift – no drawing needed.
