Moving Meditation is an energizing vinyasa practice. Through synchronized and repetitive motion, breath and body integrate together to clear the mind and restore peace. In this class, we encourage you to challenge yourself and focus on the incredible ability of your body: growth through motion.
Join us from the comfort of your own home or workspace via our livestream classes. Sign up at least thirty minutes before the session, and a Zoom link will be emailed to you. If the live class does not match your schedule, the classes are recorded so that you may practice them at a later time too. Send a request for a recorded class to firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be available for up to two days post-session. At the beginning of each class, we will share a suggested playlist in the chat box to make your experience at home enjoyable.
