EARTH
Earth classes offer grounding practices that build steadiness, awareness, and connection. Blending traditions like Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga, these sessions focus on alignment, stillness, and deep release. You’ll explore your relationship with gravity through postures that are held with care – whether standing tall or settling close to the ground. A space to slow down, unwind, and return to yourself.

Earth Bound Yoga (Hatha & Yin)
A grounding blend of Hatha and Yin yoga to support alignment, presence, and nervous system balance. Hatha invites you to move with care – exploring standing and floor based postures that build strength and body awareness through slower, intentional pacing. Yin meets you where you are, with longer held poses that release deep tension and support flexibility. This class offers space to settle, reset, and reconnect – body, mind, and soul.

Hatha Yoga
A traditional practice that builds strength, focus, and alignment through purposeful movement and breath. In Hatha Yoga, postures are held with care, allowing time to explore physical form and deepen body awareness. This slower, steady pace creates space to connect with your breath, calm the mind, and regulate the nervous system. Teachers may weave in elements of yoga philosophy or subtle breathwork, offering insights that extend beyond the mat. A balanced practice for anyone seeking clarity, steadiness, and depth.

Evening Chill
Unwind with a calming blend of gentle vinyasa, restorative poses, breathwork, and a guided body scan or meditation to ease into your evening. This class helps you decompress, reset your nervous system, and shift from the day’s demands into a state of relaxation and ease. Your teacher will guide a slow, intentional flow with grounding postures and conscious breath, ending with a meditative close to support both body and mind.

Candlelit Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on nervous system support and deep rest. In this receptive practice, you build a cozy “nest” with props and recline throughout, allowing the body to release into subtle postures. Classes include 3–4 poses held for 5–20 minutes, inviting a deep union of breath and passive asana. Come as you are—no experience needed, just a willingness to be still and present.
