Acro is a partner-based practice that incorporates elements of acrobatics and yoga in shapes, postures, and transitions. It is a communication practice that seeks to enhance verbal and non-verbal listening skills, while also developing physical strength and poise.
Emily and Andrew have been practicing Acro for nearly four years—and they train and co-teach together! It is a source of fun, play, and creativity.
Come play with us! We’ll explore beginner poses, inversions, and fundamental transitions. All-levels of experience are welcome and no partner is necessary.
