Bump & Grind (last session of 2019), October 29, 7:30-8:30pm

Jumping John has moved his travel dates and you have one more chance to jump for joy!

Bump & Grind Halloween Edition and last session 2019!

Sweat for the best with 45 min of high intensity cardio flow using mini trampolines, followed by 15 min of rejuvenating yoga flow.

The class will be lead by the founder JUMPING JON FITNESS®, then finished up with chill yoga flow to bring us back into tranquility lead by Datza herself. Get ready for a night to remember.
