Restorative yoga is focused on nervous system support and deep rest. It is a receptive practice in which you build a “nest” and recline throughout the experience, completely supported by props, allowing you to release into subtle postures.
Postures (usually 3-4 per class) are held anywhere from 5-20 minutes. Explore the energetic union of breath and long-held passive asana. Come as you are. No yoga experience is necessary; simply come with the willingness to be still and present with yourself.
Laura will accompany the practice with her crystal bowls. It will be a sweet evening of deep vibrational healing & rest.
Space is very limited (to 10), and this will be an in-studio only practice. Pre-registration required.
Cost: Regular class rates apply, so a drop-in, class package, or monthly membership will be needed.
