Abstract Yoga and Art with Elizabeth, January 10, March 8 & May 8, 6:30-7:45pm

It’s in the Process. As we become more connected to our yoga practice, we learn it’s the process that’s important, not necessarily the end result.

Abstract art can be another place to explore this by not attaching to an expected outcome. In this workshop, we will start with a meditation to clear our minds and create a meaningful color palette before moving into a session of intuitive painting using both wet-on-wet and dry brush watercolor techniques. Moving back to our paintings in between grounding vinyasa yoga and restorative yoga sets, we will add on more layers of paint and intrigue, allowing space to step away while the paint works its magic.

Wine will also be served to aid in the creative process!
