Bump & Grind, June 11, 7:30-8:30pm

45 min of high intensity cardio flow with upbeat music using mini trampolines, followed by 15 min of rejuvenating yoga flow.

The class will be lead by the founder JUMPING JON FITNESS®, then finished up with chill yoga flow to bring us back into tranquility lead by Datza herself. Get ready for a night to remember.
