For our first series of 2022 we are CLAIMING YOUR POWER BACK!
This 3 week course starting February 1st (new moon), intends to release shame, fear, blockages and judgment and instead harness your inner self with who you are at the core, underneath all the noise of the previous year.

Claiming your power back takes you on a journey of self discovery using three intentional tools in a specific order to break down barriers and release inner strength. Firstly physical movement, then guided meditation leading you on an emotional journey before ending with self reflection through self study such as reading and journaling to connect with ancient wisdom, which can teach learn you how to provide yourself with direction and depth.

February 1 – 21 (available for 3 months afterwards, you choose the start date)

You chose what work out length is good for you – 20, 30 & 45 min each day
✅ Week 2 emotional
Next step – 5, 10 & 15 min guided meditation
You can continue the workouts if they feel good
✅ Week 3 spiritual
Add Self Care and self reflection to harness your inner core
Continue to incorporate the previous weeks work if you feel inspired
This course will spark creativity and create the basis for a committed personal love and care journey.
Final session will be a LIVE 90 min online class with Datza and surprise guest teacher. Recording will be available after the live session.
$35 for non-members who have signed up to previous challenges & early birds (must register by January 27), and $55 – general admission. Sign up by January 31.
