Nourishing Rituals for Autumn with Michele (yoga teacher and holistic wellness mentor)
Embrace the essence of Autumn through seasonal ritual practices that invite you to align with the rhythm of Nature as a means for whole self health. In this workshop, explore ways to build resilience to stress, elevate your vitality and connect with what nourishes your true nature.
The evening will begin with a slow + earthy yoga practice including breath work and meditation to support the Fall season. Following the yoga practice, learn how to integrate simple yet meaningful rituals into your daily rhythm to support radiant health.
Time for questions and shared reflections will be included at the end of the event.
Additionally, you will receive seasonal recipes and other inspirational materials to support your seasonal rhythm for optimal health.
