Find a sense of peace and calm in this Virtual Yoga Project edition of Abstract Art & Yoga! It’s in a Process.

Mandala Meditation. This workshop is all about creating mandalas, both on and off the mat. Mandalas are complex abstract designs that represent the metaphysical universe. By enjoying a unique set of yoga postures that spins you to face all directions of the room on your mat, an increased level of presence and concentration is required. We will use this hyperaware state to draw our own mandalas- enjoying a different form of meditation found in the act of creating art and patterns.

Get creative with use and set your intention! It’s in the Process. As we become more connected to our yoga practice, we learn it’s the process that’s important, not necessarily the end result. Art can be another place to explore this by not attaching to an expected outcome, but just letting the creativity flow.

Suggested supplies: paper, color pencils & mandala templates (please email us if you want us to send you few templates).
